With SEUR you can modify your order and decide how, when, and where you want to receive your shipment
We offer you the chance to change certain deliveries in two types of situation:1. You have received an email from SEUR alerting you that the item will be delivered on the next working day
The day before you receive your delivery we offer you an interactive delivery so that you can modify the delivery options. Apart from the home delivery already agreed, we give you four other options: Collect it at one of the 1,400 SEUR Pickup shops.

2. SEUR tried to deliver an item to me but I wasn’t at home (my house, workplace, etc.)
If you are not there when the item is delivered, we offer you the chance to arrange a new delivery. You have several options:Collect it at one of the 1,400 SEUR Pickup shops.
