What happens to my product?

  • After leaving your parcel at a SEUR Pickup point, your product will be received by Recommerce to verify its condition at the logistics center. Once the validation is completed, you will receive the payment for the value of your product within 48 hours.

  • All personal data contained in the product will be deleted thanks to an Adisa certified process.
  • If required, your product will be fixed and reconditioned in order to find a new owner.

​ How to resell my high-tech product

1) Click here to access the Recommerce resale portal.


2) Search for your model to estimate its value.


3) If your product meets the requirements, indicate the status of your product by answering 4 simple questions.


4) Once received in your workshop, Recommerce checks and validates the status of your product. As soon as the status is confirmed, Recommerce transfers the corresponding payment to your bank account within 48 hours.
  
  

​ What condition does my product have to be in for it to comply with the conditions?

Recommerce checks the following points to verify the condition of your product:
 

  • If it turns on and works normally
  • The external appearance of the product
  • If the screen and keys work normally 
  • If the associated iOS or Google accounts have been deactivated.
